So one the day Derrick was mad since Ivvone wasn’t invited he was still upset because on his coming of age ceremony Penelope was like announced so he thought couldn’t they do the same (stuff like that) so he took ivvone to Penelope’s coming of age ceremony and announce her return. The Duke didn’t invite her because he didn’t think it was the time to announce it because it’s Penelope’s day to shine. If I’m not wrong Reynold was mad a Derrick
