From what I remember from the novel, before the reveal happen, Heinry and Navier fueled a rumor about them undergoing fertility treatment. There will be some ceremony where they will feed Navier dishes pregnant women can't eat. That's the time they will announce the pregnancy. Sovieshu is shocked out of his wits. This won't be happening for about 5 or 6 chapters more.
