A quick Google search of the title reveals the page with the novel, which is completed, and there are tons upon tons of comments addressing how the FL has a harem composed of her husband, "brothers", "dad", and some guy who hasn't been introduced yet. So it isn't a lie, in the novel the father is technically one of her lovers. Now whether the artist will follow along with the novel remains to be seen.
