It’s not because Naruto is weak, it’s because they turned a great ninja story to a mediocre alien story I mean they could have gone with a new story with original characters then. This just feels like they are milking the cash cow.
Well ohtsusuki are indeed alien and Boruto story is more into Ohtsusuki so it's really not weird if Kishi wanna make Boruto story with those alien creature. Meanwhile Naruto story is more to Great Ninja War.. It's still somewhat related to Naruto because at the end of Naruto they fight an Ohtsusuki (Kaguya) which is an Alien creature.. so honestly I really enjoying both Naruto and Boruto story equally. They have different vibes also because it's a future, if y'all expect them to be the same then what's the point of Naruto becoming Hokage without making any improvement on Konoha as well Ninja world.
Honestly people that keep making fuss about Boruto this and that just cannot accept the fact that Naruto's era already ended. If y'all want new story with original characters honestly I recommend Shin Chan and Doraemon and Detective Conan.. so far their story always new story with original characters. So seriously I just hope people that keep saying Naruto better or whatsoever y'all need to be mature and move on from your childhood.. y'all don't stay being kids over years. Eventually some of y'all gonna die old too so do something at least valuable in your life.
But we all know that Madara was the real villain and they added Kaguya to be able to create Boruto and all that Ohtsusuki story. Many people are not happy with the Kaguya either. I really don’t believe that it was the plan from the beginning. It’s ok, I understand what you’re saying, but Naruto has a special place in my heart and in a way it feels like Boruto is putting a shade on it. But again as you said, I just pretend that this is a complete different story and I still read it. I feel the same with many continuation stories, though. For example I refuse to watch matrix 4 :)
Yeah, honestly I don't believe it was the plan from the beginning for Boruto too.. it's probably Kishi just decided to continue Boruto because Naruto got a lot of attention and coincidentally Kaguya was the last enemy they fight at the end. So he then made Naruto The Last which Naruto also fight another Ohtsusuki to save Hinata.. and the story continue a lot with Ohtsusuki and he made Boruto with intention to focus on Ohtsusuki.
All y'all people here who saying it's becoming worst just because the old characters becoming weak and such is so annoying. For real. Like why bother reading Boruto if y'all can't accept the fact Naruto's era already ended? Stfu and move on. I'm a fan of Naruto too, I watch Naruto since my childhood at TV3 Channel (Japanese dub) as well as at Cartoon Network (for English dub).. I also read the light novels as well as watching all the movies and ova and I don't make a ffffing fuss about Boruto just because my old characters becoming weak in this series. Like wtf is wrong with y'all brain bruh.. y'all watcy Naruto but couldn't even believe the Will of Fire. The hell. If y'all truly Naruto's fan then be real and accept the fact laa, aiya. Stupid.
If you don't like Boruto then MOVE! Keep praising your old characters and never come back to Boruto.. ffff annoying.
