You're talking about real life. Just understand people's frustration too , we witnessed him acting like a Chad in front of ML and MC after raping MC.

The author gave us whatever we needed to know about him,He was abusive , manipulative, shameless and enjoyed to be in charge and feared , he wasn’t a very interesting character! Mc was beautiful and timid, a suitable prey, so he abused him to the best he could ! What else do you need to know about him? it’s not like we know more about the son or Yeonho ! (I do agree that the characters are not beautifully fleshed out )
You wanted him to be punished but it’s not always the case , most awful people never pay for their crimes and they even cause more pain and misery when they’re not around, just like in here!
Getting murdered by the son and servant and what it entails like Yeonho’s mental health degradation or how the detective won’t get off their ass before everything comes to a peaceful end , in my opinion, is a more interesting and less cliché ending !
