It was about a villain that only did villain shit during his 'shift' that he liked to call apart from that he was this very normal dude who loved pandas I guess? It has to some animal like that. Like he is obsessed with pandas and will literally buy any panda merch. Anyone who hurts pandas, he will attack them. Also when the heros see him they try to fight him but he doesn't fight and tells them 'Let me enjoy my break from work' and they are like tf? and he is like you go enjoy too, we'll fight when it's my shift. Like this was pure comedy and wholesomeness.
