Nah. That's the typical stalker trope so much romance writers perpetuate. Seo was clear about he wanted. He is a grown ass man who knows his own mind. Kwon shows that he is serious by actually listening and believing him. Remember the reason Seo is rejecting Kwon is exactly because Kwon refused to listen and believe in what he felt and wanted before.
