Help me find a manga!!

It was a romance manga. This girl was bullied in high school I remember. She was transported to this time period and woke up in the bushes. This guy asked her how she got outside and he was going to escort her back to her house. I believe they were engaged to be married or something like that. There was a princess(?) that she was impersonating. The princess would pretend to be sick while the girl would take her place. It’s an ongoing manga I believe and pretty recent. I read it on here but for some reason did not bookmark it （/TДT)/. Any help finding would be great!!!
