I didn't know that marked omegas' scents are undetectable to others?!? I thought that marked omegas' are only responsive to their alpha's scents. But anyways, the comic did a REALLY REALLY poor job of transitioning. I had to figure out if this was the past or the present. That was Ian's person driver. He drove them back to Noah's place. It's the day after.

Are marked omega’s scents really undetectable? I was thinking that maybe the reason why the friend smelled his pheromones was because Noah was transitioning from Beta to Recessive Omega, and at the same time maybe his pregnancy was messing up his pheromones. But omegaverse can be complicated… the laws are different depending on the author.

1. That is how the universe works in this manhwa. Someone who has marked still able released phoromone that can be smelles
Or, the author need that friend to confirm Noah being an omega for storyline. They didn't care what general omegaverse worked, just so their story can be presented ╮(￣▽￣)╭

2. The creator has no professional ethic to present the events, so this all just messed up.

usually the marked omega can smell and have sex only with the alpha and the omega can be smelled only by his alpha. It is a mark to make the omega completely his.
sometimes, depends on the manga, also the alpha gets to smell only his omega. but not always

i guess the author just wanted the pretty mark there as a tatoo with no meaning tho

Realistically speaking pheromones are scents and if scents are released then unless the person who smells them have no receptors for those molecules or there is something wrong with the neuronal pathway of the olfactory sense, this is not possible. But we're going w omegaverse logic here so.....

It just wasn't clear to me because the last chapter was of them having sex, so the transition to the car was super abrupt. And if I didn't recall his clothes from the beginning chapter I would have thought...is this from beginning?!? But then even in present he didn't have a chauffer and would be sitting in the back seat of a nice car looking all relaxed with the wind blowing in his hair.
