when they lay in bed you can see hickeys on the older one. it's just assumption, usually in shounen ai the one who has hickeys is the bottom
i didn’t realise about the hickey until i saw this. but probably you’re right since they tend to lowkey put marks on the bottom. and prolly scratches for the top like.. yunno when the deed is good haahha
