The problem is, that right now, all of the characters kind of suck.
And while Alfonsos bride is supposed to be unlikeable, he already has a woman.
Due to her revenge, Ariadne also isn't exactly a good person, so she matches Ceasar in that regard.
In conclusion, everyone sucks, so it makes sense to root for a character like that. I agree with you though, Ceasar is in no way "dreamy".

Like hah?!? Don't you realize REAL people do the same shit every single character in here does? And THEY suck? Humanity sucks dicks fr but no one wants to lay came to that. Also Ariadne isn't a bad person she was a broken person who made shit choices over a delusion. And now she is a twisted/changed person who is simply using all the tools dealt to her to survive and win inna different way (bad people typically don't care about children just putting it out there~) . If u scroll down the comments you will see others complaining about the characters. That's all i wanted to say, since the original comment was talking about Cesar stans.
