I think they are all male base on their body maybe the definition of females in them are like omega? Or if they willing to be a females like joul or whatever his/her name hahaha
Or this is just a finally normally made lizardman. Like.... what do you mean they are willing to be females? Normal lizards don't have boobs either they all look the same. I'm actually happy that they look the same. You can't distinguish lizards genders in real life either by their apperance
