Author can do whatever they want to do with their story and If you don't like it just don't read it, simple. It's not like anyone has put you on gun point to read something that will make you feel uncomfortable or ruin your mental health. You always know where the exit is.
AND PLEASE don't cry about it HERE. It's embarrassing cause It's really not going to change anything. Author don't care how you feel about their work reading on illegal site and trust me if they do find out their fanservice is making illegal readers uncomfortable they will probably make more lol
