I don't like stories that start off in the present and then jump into the past with such long scenarios. A whole play-by-play of a situation isn't necessary for a plot like this. Especially when the incident is already resolved. It's only relevant if the issue ISN'T resolved. So I'm out. I did enjoy the story until about 5 chapters ago.

I feel like the plot is talking about their past( how they overcome and started to understand each other) .. Yesh they got happy ending in the present... I think the story will be more focused on what happens between them in the past 10years in their relationship.

Maybe maybe. Later the story will focus on the present..after their past story finished.

I understand that, but it wasn't like that this whole time. It was set in the present without hint of delving into the past too much, only for glimpses in understanding how they got where they are. The plot focused on being in a relationship for ten years and the stability and instability that comes with that (because it has both for different reasons; comfort often wars with the desire for freshness when you've been with someone for that long). Up until this point, everything has been centered on them in the present. Now, we're completely in the past, with their problems back then becoming the focal point. I'm not into that because it doesn't evoke any emotions in me because I know what's going to happen. It's like starting at the climax and end of the movie, watching the credits, and then going and starting it over. You haven't seen the in between, but it doesn't matter any more because the conclusion has already been seen and you can infer everything else. It would be different if the story started with the most dramatic part and then went back. For example; if a story (not this one) opens with a mc holding someone who's been shot in their arms and they say something like, "I told you something bad would happen if you ran away" and then it flashes back to, say months or even a year prior to show how we got to that point, I'm all for it. You've piqued my interest and I'm wholly invested in learning about what lead up to that opening scene and what happens past it. But when I know what happens after already, there's no climactic point to reach because we've done that and then some or there just wasn't one to begin with, then I'm just not interested. There's nothing keeping me here because the plot is done. It creates a bad flow for writing.
