Aeroc really sucks with money. It’s really a problem of kids who come from old money, you didn’t work for that money, so you don’t understand its value. Even his dad had his own financial advisor, the guy just retired after the dad died. So Aelock didn’t know how to manage it after. And honestly, he was so broken during season 1 I doubt he retained any information that could help him financially in this new life.
The goals are simple, don’t get involved with Klopp. He can look but it must be from a distance. The sitting arrangement made that clear. He did hirer someone else, unfortunately that financial advisor didn’t help. And everyone is probably telling him, why not hirer Klopp, he is really good at his job. So now, we are back at Klopp. So the goal now is, hirer Klopp but still keep a distance.
And Aelock was never interested in money. He likes spending it, but his not interested in managing it. It’s frustrating hahaha but if you’re not talented at something no matter how much you try, just pawn the work off. Aelock did just that. If he can pass that problem of managing to Klopp, all the better. It was a day of ridicule and he can do whatever he wants after Klopp leaves, he was living life, enjoying the company of fellow musicians, reading books and buying whatever. He did annoy Klopp, I’m not sure if it was intentional, but it was still funny.
It did get frustrating when Aeroc did turn into an omega and Klopp found out. But Aeroc was devious in some ways, the bridal training was like him getting back at Klopp. Og Klopp ridiculed his favorite books, so he purposely made Klopp read it all. And that smut he made Klopp read, I got mixed reactions from that ‘History of Suffering’ was basically book 1. I think he really wanted to get back at Klopp in small ways hahaha

But Aelock is really more decent than Klopp. When Martha was hired in his estate, he didn’t do anything to antagonize her.
He could have used the imprint to get back at Klopp. He had every reason to make Klopp’s life a living hell, but instead he chose to move forward and be happy. And I think part of Aelock knows that this Klopp was different, but he did take the opportunity to be pampered hahaha. Love how he makes Klopp cook for him and so on!
I just don't like one thing is that Aeroc turns Omega in this one . Its like even nature is forcing him to be with Klopp . And to top it off Klopp finds it and uses it . So he has to be with him he just can't avoid can't run away can't say no. (TT)
Yeah, it feels like his trapped to be with Klopp. I know that the story wanted them to be together no matter what, but how it happen really sucks. I didn’t really like that he coerced Aelock into a relationship, I know Klopp makes up for it after, but the start really sucks.

I know Winter was just writing it according to how Klopp would react to finding out, making it clear that’s his the ultimate asshole. To show us that Klopp was really the problem but... It wouldn’t hurt to court Aelock!
We all know he really wanted Aelock from the start, but it was so horrible. I hated how he simply thought of marrying and having a baby with aelock was all that needed to happen. If you want a good relationship and marriage, there is more work asshole! Not just, will solve it along the way. Wth dudeeeee!

(I’m replying en masse to all of you) You make sense, because so much was going on that it’s understandable that history would repeat itself to some extent. He wasn’t exactly skill building in his first life. It’s just like, I viewed it as a second chance so I thought “surely he’d think about all the ways he could make the best of this life including, avoiding K because that went terribly terribly wrong and was ABUSIVE” but hey what do I know I’m just the observer lol. But I agree with y'all that the most frustrating part of this particular arc was the forced Omega courtship (if you could call it that) because my god K just acts like a total tool (until the end) and basically calls A his property in different fonts I had to keep putting my phone down. Not to mention he takes over A’s entire life because “Omegas can’t have this and you’re mine now” like Jesus fucking Christ I’d dollywhop you sir. I’m getting heated all over again and it’s literally the new year I’m gonna stop thinking about this hahaha but thank ya’ll for the solid points!

I think he was really going to mutate… the doctor in v5 sort of explained it. Aelock mutates even in Klopp’s return. It’s really tough to explain with the rough google translation. But some people look like alphas or omegas but aren’t really one, some differentiate late in life.
I’m gonna call him A because the names keep switching in the novel and the adaptation Arlock Alec who even knows what his name is but he has his freaking memories from the first life so he knew he’s encounter financial difficulties ahead of time so how did he let himself fall into financial ruin all over again that always bothered me when I read the novel. Because then K (Klopp Clough whatever the fuck) gets to lord over him with his stupid superiority complex and ego that only gets exacerbated when A becomes an Omega so I’m just like.
