The child of MC and ML is a boy. They will have a baby girl who will show up later but from what I remember the first baby is definitely a boy

Yeah. I remember reading scans in Arabic which go further then these English scans and show at least 2 kids (now teenagers) and they are a boy and a girl. Also, for other reasons shown in those chapters, I'm pretty sure that their firstborn is a boy.
