Not really worth it.

Not only does this story give some pretty bad advice wrapped up as supposed good advice, but the artwork is pretty bad. It does get better after season 2, don't get me wrong, but the only saving grace is the seme's face. The continuity for movements from panel to panel is really off, making a lot of the poses and overall scene really awkward. General depth and continuation of flow to where body parts would actually be had the panel been larger is severely lacking. The sotey had a good general theme, olive if it has been done a million times, but the reasoning behind the main plot point was shallow and lacked severity for the reaction. The consequence/punishment didn't match the crime, in a sense. I also have no idea what happened in the second season to the uke's mouth, but there are some scenes where it's just weird as hell. The while drawing style is quite flat, as I mentioned before about the depth. Also, the "love rival" is a throw away. The story didn't need him, he made no major impact romantically, and was completely useless. He also disappeared just as quickly as he came. I saw no point in making him seem like a bigger player in the game than what he actually was.
I mean, if you're looking for something to kill time with, sure. Read it. It has some funny moments, but nothing is wrapped up smoothly and there are many plot holes left unfulfilled. Expressions, too, are hard to decipher on the characters so that's another loss. The whole thing was rather one-note. Kind of boring and disjointed and missing something important. Like chemistry, depth and general good writing capabilities. Is what it is. You can't have every manga be a good one. This one is mediocre at best. Not terrible, not good. Just bleh.
