Can you elaborate how did he get to heal Ron's arm? Like healed wounds from the cut or did he manage to connect the rest of the arm like Trafalgar Law's arm with magic and all?

Ron has been poisoned by mermaid's poison and Cale healed him with mermaid's blood, the same way he healed whale prince (I forgot his name). And then they met a necromancer when doing some favor for the crown prince. That necromancer made Ron a new arm.
This is my most favorite part. Ron coming back injured and Cale immediately doing everything to heal him. And I really love the conversations between cale and the crown prince has finally drawn, its beautiful
