Slight spoilers to expand on what you saw:
Andy hugs Taekin because he tells him he’s being bullied and Andy connected with him over that.
As for new evil looking character, I’m pretty sure he’s the class president’s brother and the real villain in this story.
i don't understand korean obviously but he told something to pink hair dude and the pink hair dude hugged him for idk what. Anyways after that chapter the few chapters later on doesn't have pink hair dude so i see that as a win. AND the plot seemed to have some progress. Looks like will have new evil looking character. Translated one of the korean comments on that chapter talking bout the new chara and this one killed me :
