I agreed initially, but that’s because I couldn’t get through the chapter (and therefore skimmed it). However, Jin said he could’ve easily beat up Mathew. He’s the top hitman for Christ’s sake. And because Mathew was drugged with dream pills, it only blurs the line even further. Jin just felt some kind of guilt/sympathy which led him to follow through with Mathew’s episode. Plus, Mathew was extremely rough with Jin (who he perceived as a figment of his imagination) because the person who drugged him told him so. I don’t know why all of this had to revolve around sex though.
I dont think jin will hold it against him because he was drugged but itll take a while for Matthew to forgive himself (understandably)
This probably isn't what you meant, but just because Jin could beat him up-- and chooses not to-- doesn't mean it's not rape?

We, as a whole, don't actually like non-consent. Both because it's gross, and because we try to avoid toxic stigmas that conservatives accuse us of.
