For everyone saying they'll drop or that it's dumb bc he's spent so much time in forest has clearly never read other revenge stories bc when do they ever actually do purely revenge, that's a really weak story concept and if an author actually pursued only that it would eventually get really boring so either drop and shut up or accept that what makes a plotline Like this good is the fact it doesn't stick to just one thing, ignore all new characters, or "weaken" the MC just bc he develops a personality or actually realises the second chance can make them actually be happy
