I think ..it's a bargaining chip. The cards are in his hands at this point. To break the bond means he doesn't agree to the marriage, which would mean neither of them would be bound. So Noah DOES have a choice, but it would be costly. BOTH in terms of money and life.
It's fair though. If DoYoon wants to get married and settled down, those are the ONLY TWO options. Be caged, or be free. And being free could mean death. Though, I'm not sure if that would have applied to the alpha as well. Cuz of the onus is on the omega only, then this universe really SUCKS.
