I agree with you 100%, it'd more realistic, too (because if she runs away, she'd be dishonored and her social standing will be shaken). It'd make more sense to stay and eventually get divorce or try to change yoir husband (if you have the deisre and patience to do that)
Omg yes! And she's right now is her husband's weakness. She's just going to be a target from her husband's political enemies.
She's gonna bring danger not only for her, but her family too.
this is one of the first times i DON’T want the FL to run away. one, because it’s so cliche. almost all of these manhwa (and i know the already have similar plots anyway) always head in the same direction and the FL runs away and the ML has to find her or catch her and there are times skips and so on and so forth. so i would have hoped this would be more original.
but second, because i just feel like she can be stronger than that. not that it’s necessarily weak to uproot yourself from an unfavorable environment or situation, but i’d love to see a FL make the conscious decision to stay and uplift herself using the resources marriage and nobility gives her, to basically run her share of the household/territory/kingdom or whatever they have access to. also, because you KNOW that in these types of stories the ML and FL usually end up together regardless, it would be a much better plot device to show how the ML puts effort into changing and developing, so that he can really grovel and earn forgiveness. usually when FLs run away and they meet the ML again, i feel like the MLs haven’t done as much to earn forgiveness and it’s more the distance between them that makes the FL miss and forgive them.
