Ok I thought about it some more and obviously a drunk person can't give concent and if he did Gove but forgot and didn't want to continue then the ML should have stopped. My point was that originally before he blacked out he did give consent what happened afterwards is rape but that initial interaction was consensual. Btw I've never had a sip of alcohol or been in a relationship so I can't speak from personal experience on things but Hosik is right to feel violated because he does not remember giving consent and even afterwards he felt forced to give sexual favors in return for his cloths and being allowed to leave the MLs house. Overall I think the author added that segment down the line to make people hate the ML a little less. He is most definitely an obsessive manipulative partner.
