Yaoi Psycho Manga

Hello, i forgot the title of a yaoi Manga/Manwha (i dont know if it was in color, but it probably was) I read some time ago. Its a psychological one where the love interest is a psychopath and its a topic throughout the story. Because he is a psychopath he says he cant love the mc but he cares about him. The onliy scene I remember is that at the and he talks to a character who wanted to brake them apart or something and the psychopath new he is also a psychopath because he himself is one. I know its not much but I still wanted to try if someone knows about which I am talking.
