I get it though, he’s protective of ML for good reason. Based on what we know of him and how that guy talked of their time on the battlefield, I’m sure ML was bullied or faced a lot of dangerous situations because of how silly and kind he is. The aide’s anxiety over ML being guilted into signing away his entire family’s fortune, selling his kidneys, etc. is probably turned up to eleven because of that.
