He was so concerned about it that he run to her right away but it was covered by the ointment scene haha so maybe it ended like so. As for the fact that Diana poured her the tea, I'm actually kinda relieved that he was so focused on Hes than what Diana did. He also didn't like how Heli was concerned about it. Well, I like the fact that Heli was concerned and Cael was kinda jealous. As for the fact that it was not brought up by the author, maybe a slight thought of him being angry with Diana is not worth it? Maybe that's what the author is thinking.
