Nope, you got a couple things wrong. The kids are the ML’s, the ex just faked the paternity test. And it was only the ML’s brother that helped the MC get away. The doctor had no clue where mc went.

Turns out that the main character is already pregnant with his ex fiances babies. (they are twins) The ex fiance when he figures out that the main character is pregnant contacts him and tells him that the babies could be his. The ex fiance raped the main character and made him pregnant. The current husband is unaware of this fact and the main character runs away to give birth and live a life with his kids. The current husbands brother is in on this plan and so is the doctor. The current husband sees the main character after 2 years or so and accepts the children as his own. But the ex fiance still torments him with another person. In the recent chapters the main character tells the truth about what happened to him to the current husband and they form a bond. But the ex fiance still torments them.
