I could understand with the previous owner not knowing how close she got to euthanasia but once she threatened to sue, I lost sympathy. Just like it was pointed out, she has no grounds. Gaya isn't microchipped and as her boyfriend was the one who bought her, she doesn't have any paperwork. Gaya's perspective is being surrounded by love and hopefully, the best choice for her will be made.
In honesty, I believe going with the corgi fan is her best choice due to having a place to run out her energy and a friend to enjoy that with. Her previous owner probably doesn't have anything left to take care of her again and has to start from scratch. Her heart is there but we don't know if she now has the time to walk her or the funds to feed her. We only know she lives alone now.
I kinda understand what nara is saying. I also don't want her to go back to that person again. But then again people do change for the better like we saw in the previous chapters. It's so confusing
