I mean, I get her, but I still don't like her tbh. She just didn't sit right with me. That's just me tho cuz I know others feel different.
(And yes, I'm a novel reader who read the end of the novel, so I know what I'm talking about.)

Honestly she's one of my favorite characters. I like the way she was written and although I can't completely agree with her actions, she still did what she thought was right at the time. I just can't trust people who say they hate her completely
It's true she has a strong personality but to be fair we're seeing her through the Kim Dokja's eyes and truth so it's understandable to feel iffy about her. That's why I feel the upcoming arc is very important to her character. The manhwa portrays her facial expressions as a bit more sinister and plotting at times but it's to lead us into that direction on purpose
Like I said, I've read the novel, so ik what u mean abt the upcoming arc. But even tho I tried understanding her thru diff pov's I js couldn't change my opinion abt her. I get what ur saying n this is js my opinion but w/o talking abt the manhwa and its portrayal of her and js thinking abt the upcoming arc from the novel I still can't forgive or like agree w her. She just never grew on me as a char bcs of how she is. this is all js imo tho

I didn’t read the novel, but either way the mom still sucks. Her possible going to jail for Dokja doesn’t excuse her behavior during her prison sentence nor her negligence after.
