I read somewhere that when he regains his memories he loses the memories of when he had memory loss, basically returning to his old shitty self, MC has had enough and runs away with lily (not in a romantic way I think, unfortunately), but the ML apparently wrote everything that happened during his amnesia days so he finds that, realizes his mistake and goes after her, idk what happens after that

From what I remember...... Charlotte and Lily changed appearances and bumped into 2nd ML who offered to help hide them from Theo's wide range search for lily. Theo realized that one of the ladies who passed the strict inspection was lily(in disguise) and 2nd ML helped her. 2nd ML and Theo were fighting when lily got kidnapped by Lennon who hid her in a shack and tried to rape her again when knight and fucking shining armor Theo barged in and saw, burned Lennon near death, took Lily back to duchy, lily telling that wasn't the first time Lennon tried that shit. Theo begging forgiveness. Lily said she cannot forgive and said she will stay in duchy since they both have goal to defeat Everett but made Theo promise to divorce without question the moment everything is over.

and then they take down Everett and Lily leaves and lives happily with her maid again, never forgiving Theo.. The end! (i’m delusional- someone please give the author some sense and empathy for the fl for once)

Honestly, I don't get why they have to add more story with Theo when lily was already free and is building her own happiness by this time. Not to mention she had A LOT of suitors she can pick from.
