I've read somewhere that Subin and Jun still ends up together. Something about Hyeonwoo doing something romantic but Subin doesn't have any reaction. And subin was only thinking about Jun that time.

if subin ends up with hyeonwoo the entire story would just go to waste. its very probable but in my opinion, it would mean that subin didnt grow at all. no character development and everyones time would be wasted and the whole story would be shit.
