I think its mostly the fact that its clear that the FL has zero interest in him and he still persists and insists on acting like they have or can have something romantic going just bc he showed interest in her. Also theres a some spoilers about him which further makes people hate him :)

Icl I don't really understand the hate on the brown haired guy like is it js me cus he literally did nothing wrong except for like our mc its just his mum but hes nit happy with what his mum does either??? I don't get the hate can someone explain?
