Not sure about what’s going on exactly since we’re getting the story from the perspective of a mentally unstable character, but I don’t think he’s actually his uncle, I think he’s calling him “ahjussi”

What I got from it was that the black scenes were a flashback to when MC had been taken back by uncle from the hospital but in that scene his memories started coming back so he became mentally unstable again. So the uncle became what amnesiac MC thought he was to uncle (a sex tool).
He’s his uncle but they aren’t blood related, he’s the step-brother of MC’s mom. And he kinda used him at first (I don’t remembre well) and because he didn’t have any power, he almost got married (bc his father told him to) while the MC’s mom was threatening to take MC away.
THERE MIGHT ME SPOILER--
Sooha(bottom)'s mother and haewon(top) are siblings and they're unfortunately related.. since his mother didn't want to take care of sooha she brought him to live with his uncle. they weren't interested in each other at first but then things changed and they started falling in love but since it wasn't right (bc they're related) uncle's family and sooha's mother intervened and somehow they broke up sooha attempted to suicide and top didn't wanna lose him so they made up again and spent the bottoms heat 2gether and end up with a child. the family and mother went crazy and this time they came up with a plan to separate them completely (also for sooha's sake) and put sooha in a rehab, remove his uterus and make him forget his memories. so, sooha doesn't know what happend and remember anyone including her mother and child. after haewon sorted everything out in his own way he took sooha out of there and took him back. right know, sooha is trying to regain his memories and understand what is going on. there's also things i couldn't say bc it's too long to read already but so far this is the story. hope this helps ╥﹏╥
