Where is this officially licensed (aka where I buy the official chapters)?

Also I am way far ahead on the raws and the art seems to be either degrading (looking like rough sketches with coloring) or the artist is trying some experimental style lol.

    shits gotten so out of hand even the art style changed within one chapter
