Yep that’s jaeshin’s stepmum, they didn’t explain a lot about his real mom but there were some chapters where they showed his childhood and how it was when he lived with his bio mom. I don’t really remember if they ever showed his mom tho but well then she died and that’s when jae was taken to the underground i think? sorry my memory is not that good But I do recall that when his mom reincarnated jae went looking for her only to discover that she didn’t have any memories of him hope that helps!
