No. The drawing is correct. When you walk, your body would move with arm opposites of the leg.
No it’s not, try walking in a direction different where your hips are pointed while keeping your hips stationary or pointed in the original direction like in the drawing. You’ll look and feel like an idiot.
Maybe the shoulder, but never the hip, try to walk like that, you can't, the last drawing is very bad, I say this as I am an artist, and it seems like the author didn't draw the character's anatomy first, probably drew the character in pieces which would explain why they didn't notice how wrong that part of the drawing is
