As someone who was/still kinda is chubby, i lost weight because it was really affecting my self esteem. Even if i accepted other’s bodies as they were(since it’s not a big deal unless it’s unhealthy/dangerous), I didn’t feel comfortable in my own body. Wanting to lose weight is a perfectly okay thing, especially if you’re doing it because you want to
Stories like these, a lot of people can automatically point at it and call it “fatphobia” or something, but I like how it portrays someone who wants to change themselves. We all have things we want to change about ourselves, and it doesn’t mean that the things we want ti change are inherently bad.
A good example would be if I wore pants my whole life, but suddenly I wanted to stop wearing pants because I didn’t like how they felt on me personally, so I started to wear skirts and shorts everywhere. It doesn’t mean that pants are suddenly now a bad thing and im not shit talking people who wear pants. I personally don’t want to wear pants myself, but others can and look great in pants.
Same thing applies to weight imo. I think we all have an ideal version of ourselves and striving for that goal isn’t a bad thing(unless it’s unhealthy, like an eating disorder)

Idk but the seme being chubby is nof healthy at all. Like he was only like that because he started stress eating after some accident to escape reality. I'm glad he already broke free from that.
Anyway, anyone remembers a manga where rhe seme is chubby then got slim but at the end of the manga he turned chubby again?
