They look exactly the same down to the blue-hair girl's braid, so they're the same characters in the sense that the author purposely drew the two from that story as high school girls in this scene. But they're of course not canon parts of each other's worlds - it's just a cameo, for fun. Maybe somebody in the team works on both stories, or the authors/artists are colleagues under the same publisher, or friends, or the artist just likes that story. There's probably a reason like that.

That story was on my want to read list but the comments were really bad so I am scared to start it.
All this excitement is because of similar characters or is the story good?

Bad comments? Hm.. I guess the bad thing is why the seme first approach uke.. But it's more of a misunderstanding that seme delusionize in his head, but after knowing uke he starts to understand uke is innocent (still a misunderstanding cz he didn't try to really talk to find out the truth but he just edit is imagination to the part uke might be good).. For me, I wouldn't consider him red flag like many other bad seme turn good like the one in Jinx or Third Ending, tho I still read those two and my fav part is when the seme begs.. But the ones in Jinx hasn't kneel yet.. The Third Ending snow scene in front of bakery is one satisfying scene..but seme wasn't bad in the first ending, he was bad on the 2nd time they "separate" or "end" tho.. Just to clarify..

But I already read my bias is showing. I have read third ending too. Waiting for jinx to finish because I don’t want to wait till the redemption arc comes about.
