It’s frustrating

Why is that girl obsessed with killing things still here, like why? Why does Estio wait so long to use his powers and by that time something already died? For example, the wolves. It’s so frustrating. Another minor thing that doesn’t really matter but I thought was weird was that some background characters in the desert have dark skin but no character with actual speaking roles do. The most they have is tan-ish skin. It’s so weird.
