That's not enemies to lovers, that's actually a different trope called rivals to lovers. RTL is about this kind of healthyish low-stakes rivalry, while ETL includes both mid- and high-level hatred.
That said, this webtoon isn't ETL either. Bc I don't see how they can become lovers after all this. This is just Enemies, The End. I think the author would've set them up much earlier if he was gonna be her endgame, but until now he's just been onesidedly pining for her while she unhesitantly hates his guts. I have faith that our girl Anastasia won't settle for a creep like him! Not after all this!
