It's actually not that weird for someone to be pregnant and not have a baby bump. Some reports show that some women with strong abdominal muscles may have a conditiin where the baby develops closer to their spine. Another condition that allows for a flat stomach is that the baby develops, not towards the vaginal canal but backwards towards the rectum. In this case, with omegas being male and all, and with this omega being very fit and strong, both issues could be the reason why he has a flat stomach. Really, it's not that farfetched.

I wish I remembered what they were called tho ┐(´ー｀)┌ The only one I could properly remember is cryptic pregnancy. They don't know they're pregnant and ride out all those weeks and months and suddenly, boom! They got a baby. There's the symptoms and everything but they just never knew they were pregnant until they gave birth.
Exactly! Every body is different. It's also common to have a much smaller bump for a first pregnancy because it's the first time the tummy muscles are being stretched like that

First they add mpreg and then they made the tummy disappear like if your gonna make add something unnatural at least try to make it as accurate as you can, so like what baby tummy is not hot enough.
