And no, your boss can't grab your underwear and keep it in his coat; it doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman.
Minato is right in taking his space, especially if he is uncomfortable or processing his thoughts. People don't always say they are jealous because they may believe they are in the wrong, they are imagining things, or they are possessive. It's alright, he is going through a process of change.

Guys you are forgetting the cultural setting of this manga, I don't know where you all are from but in Japan it's not common to yell at your boss even if they're being a total asshole to you. Moreover, Shizuma is a new employee and freshly graduated and he's very young so of course he won't get mad at his boss, risking his career, even if he has all the rights. I can understand that his being too nice is annoying sometimes (like I really HATED the whole Rika thing, he should've been so mad at her like all pf us) but he's really just a nice guy (a real one) and he can't change his character cold turkey just because Minato is really insecure. Also Shizuma has proven many times already that he's head over heels for Minato and he wants to spend the rest of his life with him. Idk I'm just tired by the same thing that's going on since the beginning of their relationship: Shizuma is nice to a random person, Minato gets mad and passive aggressive, won't talk to Shizuma so he starts chasing him around like a puppy to get the words out of his mouth and then they make peace and have sex like I need character development hello??
Idk maybe is just me, I'm really bad with short-temperament people bc of my mom (that is also a very jealous person that's why I'm so annoyed at Minato). I have only read up to chapter 16 which were clips of it from the raws. Please don’t blame Minato so harshly, I feel bad for him. He’s always being selfless and even Shizuma himself told him to be more selfish with his desires, of wanting Shizuma to not be so close to his boss etc I think. Minato was crying and was apologizing for being the way he is, he’s aware of his own feelings and knows he’s being kinda childish but can’t help it, so he’s repressed those feelings and acted fine.
If anyone who’s in the wrong the most, I’d say it’s the boss and Shizuma maybe. Shizuma needs to create boundaries, Minato said that he is way too nice to others and let people overstep boundaries. He wants Shizuma to draw a line somewhere, he never said to cut off other people from his life, just boundaries be made.
Minato is right for this. Although he’s a bit childish, I can see where he’s coming from with these repressed feelings and thoughts of anxiety.
