If you already finished season 1, you can wait till l*zhin catches up with their translation cus they're the one doing the r18 version. Censorship on 52 is really REALLY bad.
I should have mentioned season 2 is where r18 starts so you can read season 1 safely, it's shounen ai. But if you like binge reading. I'd recommend saving up chapters. This story is so good.
