I read a lot of people saying that shizuma should avoid his boss because Minato is insecure, but the thing is Minato is not jealous of the boss specifically, he's jealous everyone who shizuma shows kinds to. Instead of shizuma avoiding people, the best he could do is to reassure Minato with affection/words to prove him that he's not interested in anyone else
