At the top of my head, the only one i can think of is 'match made in bed' it has a lot of smut, and this is kind of a spoiler but the main couple don't end up together or it has an ambiguous ending (i like to think they were the right person, wrong time type)
I only know this from spoilers that i got through instagram reels, but i know that 'my reason to die' is very heartbreaking and it may or may not have a sad ending
