His mom was a lesbian (but she didn't realize it for 10+ years, all she knew was that her husband touching her made her feel sick, and she really, really liked her friend/inseo's mom "platonically") Inseo casually exposed her for liking his mom in the same way he likes her son. The realization made her have a mental breakdown, and she later divorced her husband and abandoned Yi-heok. But despite living "freely", she's really depressed and is an alcoholic because she feels guilty for leaving Yi-hyeok and her best friend with zero explanation on her part. And the story just kind of leaves her hanging from there, unfortunately :/
I'm curious about what happened to hyeok's mother... like what happened to her that made her like that?
