So real, I stayed for seiko at some point. I just wanted her to get her own man. But like, even kohori got a love interest and he was introduced way later than her?? Like, I was honestly so impressed with the trans representation in this manga, considering the time it was published. But then I quickly realized she was just being used for comedic relief and I was sad. Everybody got a love interest so I was really hoping Seiko got one too :/
i thought this was really cut at first but their relationship was really flawed and honestly, most of the time i just felt so bad so sorry for risa. otani’s a red flag omfg, they’re cute together but risa deserves better imo. i wanna applaud risa for not leaving otani because tbh he was really frustrating and most of the time he was being a jerk to risa, and then he gets forgiven easily. i also did not like how the others treated seiko :(( i’m just glad that risa was there support seika. the author’s approach towards seiko is very contradicting, seiko herself said that she’s a woman at heart and she really feels like a girl buy people kept on misgendering her. anyways, it’s still nice, there are cute panels but most of the times i was just frustrated by otani
