My understanding (will spoiler just in case)

Based on my understanding..
- Baeksa is the imoogi that's residing in Yehwa's body.
- Yehwa is Muyeon's Sworn Father (in easier terms for those who doesn't have that term in their culture, Step father/Caretaker. Not necessarily adopted in some cases). Yehwa took in Muyeon when he was a little kid.
- Yehwa sees Muyeon as a Son-Figure. Probably? Who knows really.
- Muyeon probably never saw Yehwa as a father figure but due to a sense of guilt this love/lust for Yehwa is unrequited.
- Teen/young-adult Muyeon is seen to have abandoned Yehwa at his lowest. Yehwa was desperately asking for Muyeon's help but his pleas were ignored. These are the memories that Baeksa is seeing now in his dreams.
- Baeksa did mention that his and the original owner of the body (yehwa)'s memories will merge in order for them to become one person. So at the moment there are two personalities are still residing in the body.
- While Baeksa was stuck in that memory, Yehwa's soul/personality regain control momentarily (though he is in a daze) and that is why he and Muyeon "spoke" with one another.
- Brought upon their emotions, Muyeon tries to ask for forgiveness while Yehwa was trying to push Muyeon away due to his anger. But since he is possessed by Baeksa, his strength is that of a monster and he pierces through Muyeon's Stomach.
- Baeksa wakes up from the dream, takes back control of the body, and was momentarily surprised but more like he was glad that he isn't stuck in that dimension anymore (probably related to his past and he definitely got imprisoned in a similar scenario for years. Loneliness can really take a toll on a being)
- Driven by curiosity as to why Muyeon was the only person in that dream, Baeksa revives Muyeon using his dragon orb. Note: imoogis can only have one orb to become a full fledge dragon. If he loses it/breaks it he'll have to make another one which takes YEARS to have a perfect orb (about 1 thousand years).
That's all thanks interesting story though

This was my interpretation of events also. I did think that maybe Yehwa became Muyeon’s dad’s personal whore or something, hence the step father stuff, but “adoptive” father makes sense too. I thought Muyeon had a rather high station in the flashback since his hair was long and he was with other important looking guys when he ignored Yehwa, but I don’t know for sure. I imagine it will be clarified eventually and I don’t mind the slight mystery.
