He was like Hel working. He had a similar relationship (like Hel) with Arthur, but then Joesph felt awful for working (sleeping with other people), he committed suicide by jumping from the roof.
Arthur and Joesph loved each other. So basically now he’s just Arthur’s ex dead lover. Rip blondy. (〜￣△￣)〜
